2nd, what's the difference between the 2 'Freespace Defrags'? (one 'allows' fragmentation)

Which one to use, or indeed if you want to carry it out at all, isn't something I would give advice on to individuals. After learning what it is, and does, then respectfully, it's entirely up to yourself. Personally, I never use it.
