I could be wrong, but this seems to be a new change:
I HIGHLY DOUBT that the "Home" version is the most popular. This makes me think that the free version will be phased out soon. The emphasis is clearly on the paid versions now.
The versions are the same. It is the support option you pay for.

Yes this change was only do make it more understood what you get when you pay using they buy now link.
Business is a seperate product that allows for cleaning of multiple computer "clients:" via a centralized "server" interface.
There should be some indication that there is no difference between the versions (excluding network addition...)
