"Found 0 file(s) (262 ignored)?"

I'm trying to retrieve images from a SD memory card.

Downloaded Recuva tonight, ran a scan and it appeared to only go thru Stage 1 (of 3). No files show up and I get this message:

"FAT32, 14.9 GB. cluster size:32768. Found 0 file(s) (262 ignored) in 1122,.22 sec."

Are my jpgs not recoverable?? Why would they be "ignored"? Am I missing something or doing something incorrectly?

The ignored count represents un-deleted files, and any hidden, zero length, or securely deleted files depending on what options you have set.

That being so, it is unlikely that you will find what you want if uncheck these options and rescan, but it's worth a try.
