Where do we post to report errors with the forum and our account on the forum? Because I have it set to receive every single notification via email and my account here - yet, even though I'm following topics, I'm not receiving a single one of those notifications in either area. And then I go on to the main index and see that there's no place to report any problems with my account - which definitely seems like something to report about.

There has been glitches with notifications over the last year or so that I can remember, and even with the various board updates during that time, I think they still persist for some members.
Would you mind posting a screenshot of your settings in the notification area of your personal settings ..
If the admin can see which settings you have activated, it will help them sort out why it isn't happening for you.

in conjunction with the Offline selection, as I have (in the past) seen this make forum softwares think you are always online (not sure if this one does or not)
I don't have an offline selection and here's a screenshot. And, yes, I do have that box checked.
