Just after the program has installed/updated itself, it's doing its weird preparation thing. I don't know what the hecko it's doing there, just start the bloody program already. Regardless, during this bollocks initial startup phase thing, it's stealing focus from any other program that it happens to overlap.
Please remove that behaviour.
