Information that can be obtained via http://www.macromedia.com/support/document..._manager06.html and http://www.macromedia.com/support/document..._manager07.html is not cleaned properly by CCleaner
The only way to kill the list in the first link you provided (other than from that link) is to delete
%appdata%\Macromedia\Flash Player\macromedia.com\support\flashplayer\sys\settings.sol
Of course this will delete ALL of your Flashplayer settings which is fine if you don't have sites you want to save
you can also add
[*Adobe Flash All Site History] Warning=This will remove all sites from Flash Player's Settings (Trusted sites, Privacy, Storage and Peer Assisted Networking). There is no way to exclude sitea. to your winapp2.ini and it'llclean some of the information
