I think I know what the problem is. If I am connected to the internet CC closes immediately. If I am not connected to the internet CC does NOT close immediately. It must have something to do app when it connects to the internet.

Since the cleaner closes immediately on open... how do we update it when a fix comes out? When are you going to let the community know what is going on and what to do about it? Thank you!

I agree with Harwich. This is the work-around steps I'm using until such time the latest version of CCleaner is fixed:

Step 1 - Disconnect from the Internet.

Step 2 - Open CCleaner. It should stay open at this point.

Step 3 - Reconnect to the Internet and run whatever sub-program(s) within CCleaner you want.

Windows 10 Pro Version 21H2

I'm having the same problem both with my HP pc with Windows 11 and my fix pc with windows 10. I tried to disinstall and reactivate the ccleaner program but no benefits. The problem is still there. Are there possible solutions to this problem???

I am having the same problem. Crashes as soon as it opens. Seems that the new version has a bug. How do you contact Ccleaner to report the problem. I can not find an email address or phone number on the web site.

I don't health check and am having the same problem

Not sure if just me..after most recent update, CCleaner shuts down. I try to access the program but it keeps shutting down. Reinstalled it and same issue. Went to my windows 10 backup to have original install of ccleaner now it was fine. Then, did the CCleaner update again, and the cleaner program shuts down will not work.

custom clean
