First time user - confused

I paid for a subscription of CCleaner Professional - 1 user, 3 years. I have a licence key. It seems to have logged me out of this and I don’t know how to access it again! This has been an issue for a couple of months.

Also I realise the desktop link has disappeared (I think from reading other posts here that it is to do with the latest Windows 11 update).

Any help in laymans terms would be appreciated.

One user 3 years is a bit of an odd subscription, (CCleaner Pro Plus is 3-devices for 1-year), but there are special offers from time to time.

Did you buy it direct from CCleaner or from a ‘discount’ licence seller?

You will need to contact support for questions about accounts or billing.

All customers MUST now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service. It is the only way to access support.

To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
it should also open a ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.

Note that you HAVE TO engage with the chat - If you just fill in the form and leave then you will not get a reply.

As you say the icon dissapearing from the Desktop is probably due to Windows update.
It’s fairly easy to put back, but see what support say about your licence first..
