Firefox, Waterfox, SeaMonkey.........Why not CometBird?

Hi folks!

First let me say I've been a regular user & fan of CCleaner for quite some time & have it installed on all family members' PCs.

So......... I've been playing with different builds of Firefox & have settled on CometBird for one of our older PCs running XP - nice, fast browser. I've searched older posts & know this has been asked before but I'm still wondering why CCleaner doesn't recognize CometBird. It recognizes other Mozilla builds (running Waterfox 64 bit on a laptop & CCleaner "sees" it as Firefox) so why not CometBird?

Can I add CometBird to CCleaner somehow?

Thanks in advance for any info or answers.

OT: what is with the killer fonts on the CometBird homepage?

I think someone wanted Cometbird included before. It always helps to suggest the inclusion of a browser in case the developers don't know about it!

Look at the Features page, those fonts in a browser would give me an eye migraine.

Yeah that's what I was referring to, my gosh, I can't even imagine staring at that all day

Maybe it's to get people to get off the internet!

Hi Folks! Thanks for the replies!

Nergal: Not exactly sure how to do this so I may just leave it alone. I have CometBird set to clear all history, cookies, etc. when I close it so the need to have it cleaned by CCleaner is probably minimized.

Thanks again for the replies.

yeah, I would love it if the devs added to GUI for adding the custom location
