Firefox session cleaning by default: problem

Hello,

I usually keep opened all the articles I am planing to read for personnal and work. There is no point in bookmarking them before reading.

Ran ccleaner by default, lost everything.

Firefox session cleaning by default is a BIG mistake.

Not a bug, nor a big mistake

Everything on your computer was put there for a purpose by something.

If you do not need it then to you it is junk and CCleaner helps you purge it.

Most defaults are good for most people.

CCleaner provides the Analyze button for special people like myself that like to stay in control by looking at what will be purged before it is purged,

and if we want to keep something we cancel the relevant check-box.

--It IS a mistake.

--Like the tabs I opened.
"If you do not need it then to you it is junk and CCleaner helps you purge it."
--I needed them.
"Most defaults are good for most people."
--Most defaults aim to not be actively harmful either

--I knew about it but just reinstalled CCleaner and only barely managed to save my stuff because it asked if I wanted to close Firefox and I remembered about this god-awful behaviour which shocked me last time and I thought to myself 'they can't have left it, can they? They must have fixed it... best be safe though' and pressed no. Close call.
This is a terrible and shocking idea for a default setting. It should be carefully removed and doused in petrol followed by a swift lit match. I'll take 'Terrible Ideas' for 800 Alex!
