Why doesn't CCleaner clear the FF history?
I didn't know there was a FF 4.1 yet. FF reports I have the latest version (4.0.1) and CC clears all the history.
Opps . It is 4.0.1 and for some reason I had to go to tools Clear Recent History to clear it.
You have to close FF before CC can find the history and all cookies.
Ok ,here is the situation. My wife plays Farmville on Facebook. There is a Zynga game bar,and it wouldn't function. Zynga support, said to clear the FF history. Of course I thought my running CCleaner was clearing it. After going to FF tools and clearing it that way, the game bar is working. Yes FF is shut down before CCleaner is run. It will tell you if it's not.
