Finally got through on chat and they have processed a full refund and made sure that recurring payments were deactivated, I asked how to delete my account fully and they said that as the account has no active subscription associated with the email, that after 7 to 10 days of inactivity, the account is automatically deleted.
They did try to get me to stay and offered me the following, which I rejected and asked for the refund

6 Months Extension to current plan at no extra cost. . My chat closed after 2 hours, I just restarted it and after 1 hour and 58 mins, I finally got through
My chat did keep closing after 2 hours, but I simply restarted it and after the 3rd restart, I finally got connected at the 1 hour 58 min mark, so that was lucky. You need to persevere to get through, but it is not that simple with alot of people having work etc
