After what appears to be a successful scan for errors, we are prompted to save a copy of the Registry. But after selecting folder and clicking Save, the following error pops up:
C:\Users\myname\Documents\CCleaner Backup\cc_2025typicaltimestamp.reg
File not found.
Check the filename and try again.
Why is this happening? How do we fix this? We are trying to create a new file - of course it is not there, yet.
