i am a first time user and am stuck. the program scans and show that x# of files have be found but none of them match the fllters"

how do i get at the files?

what are the filters so that i can reset them?

I'm having a similar issue. I'm trying to recover files from a SD card and during the scan it says that 611 files have been found but after none are listed. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong? I've tried changing the filters but still can't seem to see the found files

The total number of files found includes all files, live and deleted. If you remove any filters then all deleted files will be shown.

Ah ok, on second look it is finding 611 files but ignoring all of them. Does this mean they are unrecoverable? I've tried ticking all the boxes to show zero size files etc .

Check Scan for non-deleted files, you should then see everything.
