Why is it that after I run custom clean then health check I still get hits in privacy and space on health check, I ran it 10 times once after a full internet history clean and a full custom clean, and every time health check came back with both privacy and space hits. have pc on airplane mode at the time so NO internet connection did a full virus scan somewhere towards the end. The 2 pics are taken less than a minute apart with a scan, a fix then another scan. It's always under the weather.
It's not something to worry about, it's just the way that computers work.
You will always see some 'Trackers' (actually cookies and browsing history) and some 'Junk' to remove,

also there's no reason to do a healthcheck and custom cleaning. Health check cleans up under its own rules (rules that you can check or uncheck if running custom clean) and runs some of the items in tools (software updater for instance).
