Failure to give a straight reply to recovery request for S erial no.

Twice in the last week I tried to recover my licence no. for ccleaner pro which I had paid for some time ago (less than a year). Each time I was asked to be patient as they were tryiing to trace my records. THere was no follow up email and I have heard nothing more from this company. Twice this happened and when I started a 3rd attempt today the same reply was about to be made but no additional explanation given. This is a poor show in light of the grand claims made on the ccleaner website. I am running a trial verrsion of Pro on one of my computers at the moment but I've no intention of paying for a full copy when the trial ends this week. I have 2nd copy of pro on my other laptop.

I lost the licence and software no following a reinstallation of Win 10 on the first laptop.

What should I do short of uninstalling everthing to do with ccleaner? ( I understand I cannot transfer the licence no between copies).

I assume that you posted that in the wrong place, and that all is indeed now well.
