Failed to initialize chat: UJET SDK not loaded

I cannot use the feature Cloud Drive Cleaner, so I have reached out to support.

Then a window popped up this this message.

Failed to initialize chat: UJET SDK not loaded.

I have NO idea what to do with this or how to reach support.

For which drive service, i haven’t tried this part of ccleaner i have most/all services compaible with the feature so maybe i could try the one and see if i also get the error, as for support

Fill out the form and press submit. This should open a second page with the option for an AI chat, yell at the bot if it doesn’t help and it should get you a human.

I reread your post, make sure you aren’t using any browser addons that might be it (such as scriptblockers or extra safe content blockers like ublock pumped to super strict)

The drive I was going to clean up is microsoft one drive.

I clicked you link, I have completed this contact form 3 times. I cannot connect to the chat window. I get the following message. Failed to initialize chat: UJET SDK not loaded

I have no idea what that means or what I can do. I am running Windows 11

Have you tried an alternative browser or rebooting your PC and retrying to access the live chat?
