Expiry date incorrect

Dear all,

My subscription was automatically renewed, but it was supposed to be for 2 years, and the new expiration date is not 2 years, but one year. I apologize, but this type of problem jeopardizes the credibility of the service, because we know that if I were to create a new subscription it would be cheaper, and the convenience of having the subscription automatically renewed, besides being more expensive, now I only have a one-year license, different from what is stated in my renewal email.
