Exclude newer temp files

Is it possible in CCleaner to exclude certain newer files and delete say files older than 7 days.

Ex:

C:\Users\gggg\AppData\Local\Temp\Regen\......only clean files older than certain time

in ccleaner's "options/advanced," there is an option to not delete files in the temp folders that are less that 24 hours old.
