EVERYTHING is crashing, any app that needs the Internet is force closing

I used CCleaner for the first time a little while ago and accidentally told CCleaner to hibernate ALL my apps.

Now 90% of my apps crash.

(I saw Android is having a problem today with Webviewer, but I checked and it is already disabled on my phone, so that doesn't seem to be the cause.)

There was a bugged update to Android on Monday that is/was crashing multiple apps and is most likley the cause of your problems.

A fix has now been released and you need to update both Google Chrome and Android System WebView.
