yesss.. sometimes some people take awhile before they realize whats going on. -arf
That's the time to ask them if they have the original shipping cartons and the receipt for the computer.
If they reply "Yes" then politely inform them to neatly place all the computer components back in their original cartons and take the system back to the store where they purchased it and complain loudly that the system is defective because it does not have an "any" key.
