Is this anything I should be concerned about? Found it in Event Viewer after I ran the Cleaner.
Seems to be a conflict with System Restore, possibly when CCleaner is opened, it takes a hold of the system restore points? It has the ability to clean them, so this may be the case.
Doesn't look like anything I'd worry about, but I am not an expert.
Do or did you ever install a version of Office 2012 beta? (Example: Starter edition)
AppV can install a drive (Q:?) which could cause this error because it cannot gain access.
If Windows thought is was of concern it would have popped up an error window at the time of the event.
It thought it bad enough to log it in Events but not bad enough to tell you about it.
That, to me, tells me you can ignore it.

So you read the info contained in my links then.
I wish I could say that I've solved but most if those posts were over my head, sorry, you're dealing with someone that isn't 'puter savvy. The only thing that rang a bell was that I did install Office ?something? recently just so I could view/open a Word doc.
Sooo . . . . should I assume that when CCleaner made it's backup when I ran it that it couldn't open the Office part so hence the Events Viewer Warning? and that I shouldn't be concerned?
Thanks again,
grits
As mta suggests, if all you see is an event viewer warning and not a warning on your actual screen, or any other issue, then there should be no problem ignoring it, especially as you don't feel confident enough to troubleshoot it.
as a general rule, you normally on delve deeper and go into Event Viewer when something more obvious like an error message pop-up window or some program not working, is happening.
the stuff in Event Viewer is meant to help a technican (call us geeks or nerds if you like) troubleshoot an issue. hopefully giving him(or her) a straw to grasp to help solve the problem.
and even then, the stuff in there can get pretty heavy.
the Event logs tend to simply fill up and gather dust. i can count on one hand (well, maybe two) the number of times i've had to look in them to help figure something out.
@grits2, if your only concern is the stuff you have found in Event Viewer, i would suggest you are worrying over nothing.
as hazelnut states, as long as you are getting no other issues...
quick test to settle any nerves you may have; open up all your Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, what-have-you) and give them a bit of a run. if anything 'pops up', let us know...
