Error when C Cleaner is Loading

I have installed C Cleaner and it worked great- then when I updated it- it opens fine- then when the application starts- I get this error message:

RUNDLL

error in InetCpl.cpl

missing entry;ClearMyTracksByProcess

Could some one Please tell me HOW to repair this?

Have a read at these to see if any help, also what operating system are you using?
