Error ordering

I accidently ordered CCleanerPro mid-April, then apparently ordered CCleaner again yesterday. I have one computer. I obviously don't need two copies of the same software. I appear to have dozed off momentarily. Does anyone know if I can cancel this second order? Or maybe even add it on to the original order thus extending the CCleaner Pro for a short time?

Who should I ask? I've been unable to find customer service in my short time here.

Hi we can't help on licensing on the public forum

But if you write support@ccleaner.com from the address you registered ccleaner with they can get you worked out.

That happens now and then. Customer support do quite a lot of licence merge requests for folks who either accidentally made multiple orders, or who took advantage of a sale that they spotted to make themselves a kind of discounted early renewal.

As per Mr Nergal, support@ccleaner.com. We do not advertise the support contact address on the main website or the team would be submerged with individual requests from free users. But it is in the order confirmation email that you would have received after you purchased.
