Anyone else seeing this Error Message after running cc v7.4.1172.0?

LoadLibrary failed with error 126: The specified module could not be found.

Processor is:

AMD Ryzen™ 9 7940HS Processor, 8 Cores/16 Threads (16M Cache, up to 5.2 GHz)

Please send me a screenshot of the error you are seeing and follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:

  1. Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool using the link below: https://download.ccleaner.com/CCleanerSupportTool.exe

  2. Replicate the issue on your end.

  3. Run the tool to generate the logs.

  4. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.

    Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.

If you have any issues, please let me know.

Ran the tool and sent the report today.

Please let me know the 5 digit File ID that you were shown at the end of the log generation process so I can locate the log files and investigate further.

Did not see a file code. However, the PC manufacturer sent a link to update the AMD driver and that seems to have resolved the error message.
