Error "Insufficient system resources..."

Moments ago I encountered this error "Insufficient file system resources exist to complete the requested service." while attempting to wipe free space on my system drive. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Does my issue have anything to do with the IRPStackSize?

Please reveal size of partition in GB, amount of free space you wish to wipe, number of passes desired. Did you also have this issue with Drive Wiper?

I think my issue was related to a malfunction in Deep Freeze, or due to using Norton Ghost a couple months back. Formatted on the 17th and wiped free space shortly after with the same (portable) CCleaner, worked as expected.
