Portable CCleaner v.2.35.1223: Cleaner > Windows > Advanced > User Assist History [checked], the warning message refers to Windows XP in the alert window, using pt-br language (Portuguese-Brazil).
I think that only need to edit the lang-1046.dll and correct the message.
