Error code when trying to reactivate the CCleaner licence on a fresh OS install

Hi,

I just reinstalled the operating system on my new M.2 drive and when I tried the licence code I'm getting that message also the date of expiry is wrong for some reason. Can somebody help on how to get in contact with Piriform to see what can be done? I've renewed my licence a couple of months ago.

Email to support@ccleaner.com is the best way to resolve licence issues.

They are usually pretty quick to help.

That expiry date indicates a problem and can happen for a number of reasons, support will be able to to see why it's happening.

Cheers nuke, found a link to the support team in the meantime and sent them the issue.

@RAZOR: A 1 Jan 2000 expiry date is a "NULL" value indicating that the licence has been disabled. In this case, that looks like it was an old licence of yours that expired back in November 2021. There aren't any more recent licences under that email address, but if you try punching in any different email address that you may have used for any subsequent purchases:

Edit: I see that you have already given support your alternative email address, so you can either check https://www.ccleaner.com/support/license-lookup or they will get back to you with the information.

Yeah, I think I might've not logged in and used the other address I use for certain things, hopefully that would solve the issue.
