I have a CCleaner Professional Plus Subscription allowing 3 devices. My daughter is home from college and I tried to install CCleaner Pro for Mac on her MacBook Air.
When I enter the activation code I get this error "Please make sure you're connected to internet and try again".
Her laptop is connected to the internet and all the other programs that require the web are running just fine.
This could indicate that there's a VPN, firewall, or other similar software running on the computer that's interfering with the ability of the CCleaner software to connect to our server securely.
