Hi,please advise me,I am passing my pc on to a friend and want to know if using CCleaner will wipe all my banking history securely enough ?

If I were passing my pc on to a friend, I would delete all unwanted files, empty recycle bin, and tweak the settings like so,
Windows tab ➢ Advanced ➢ ☑ Wipe Free Space and Run Cleaner.
Afterward I would run Recuva-Slim to see if anything important can be retrieved.
