erase xero bank browser

Please, I need erase file xero bank browser in my hard disk, but it not is possible in windows, say "conection log is in use".

Ccleaner help?

Two things you can try

1) Start the computer in safe mode and manually delete the connection log file (and any other files related to XB)

2) Download unlocker ( http://www.brothersoft.com/download-unlocker-208761.html ) and unlock the files (try the order of "unlock" then if that doesn't work "kill locking process") then delete them
