Entered wrong email to send activation code to

Paid for 1 year CCleaner for mac but entered wrong email. i know the email it is sent to but that email is used by someone else as ive tried to make an email with that email. can someone help me please

If you haven’t already then you will need to raise a ticket with support.
Support is an email service, it is not ‘live chat’ so don’t expect instant replies.

If you use the form at this link: CCleaner Support Community you will be given a ticket number - make a note of it.
You will then get an automated email reply with some general information (which will probably not interest you).
Your support ticket is now in the queue to get to a person.

You should be aware that support are taking a very long time to reply at the moment.

I’m afraid that in your case it’s going to take even longer.
That’s because you used the wrong email address and so your CCleaner purchase isn’t showing as being registered to your correct email - the correct one that you will be using to raise your ticket.
Because it’s a different email then the automatic queuing sytem cannot recognise that you have actually paid for support, and your ticket will be put in the slower non-paying-customer queue.
