I love CCleaner that I've used for years. I have tested other programs that can do the same job but I prefer CCleaner. But no matter which one I have used there's a thing that's always been the same. When CCleaner and others have been run there is one more thing to do to gain speed. And that is to run the build-in Disk Cleaner.

And that is strange. It's got nothing to work with. CCleaner just took it all out. And yet Disk Cleaner will add speed to almost every function on the PC. Internet and file opening. The works. Why is that?

I always have all the little boxes checked, I should perhaps ad.

The reason I'm asking is that the result wont last. But if I knew what the trick was then perhaps I could find a way to make it more permanent. I mean: who wouldn't like permanent and fast speed on a PC? :D

Of yes of cause! Thank you very much! Now I only have to figure out how to make it last. :P It's the same with Defraggler. One always gets extra benefit from running that little build-in thing afterwards. B)
