I read elsewhere about "Enhanced Ccleaner" Is there something new/better available?

Ccleaner is still the same good program it always was and is available from FileHippo

If you are referring to CCleaner Enhancer, it has no connection at all with Piriform.

enhanced ccleaner is a useful extension for the ccleaner, which requires but netframework 2.0

I think he is asking about CCEnhancer, which is not a topic discussed on these forums but rather here
