How do I disable CCleaner auto-renew and delete payment information. No cancellation of the current package valid until 23/11/2026. Since I don’t plan on using CCleaner anymore, after updating to 7 it messed up my Windows so I had to download a new one. I don’t want to use CCleaner 7 anymore.
Pay by Paypal then cancel the auto renewal in Paypal, I always pay like that then the renewal is in MY control

If you can’t use those, (eg can no longer access your registered email), then you will need to contact support.

Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note - We have been told that you HAVE TO engage with the chat or you may not get a reply to your request form.
(Seems strange to me to have a ‘Start’ button for something that you HAVE to do anyway, but that is what we have been told).
