How do I change my email address at CCLEANER so I no longer receive emails in my old mailbox?
I’ve been trying to get this done at CCLEANER for almost four weeks now.
All they do is deactivate the subscription.
This supposedly allows you to change your email address after the subscription expires.
This is nonsense. In my case, I’d have to wait another two months.
Suppose someone signed up for a subscription a week ago and is forced to change their email address.
They’d have to wait a year?
Four weeks of frustration and no progress.

Are you talking about your email as registered to your subscription?

Or are you talking aboout your email as registered to this forum?

They are 2 different systems.

Registered to my subscription on CCleaner 7 Pro plus

Today, it’s been five weeks since I try to get this simple “problem” resolved at CCLEANER SUPPORT.
Support promises everything, prioritizes the call, and promises they’ll contact me immediately.
They “understand” my frustration and offer hundreds of excuses.
As far as I’m concerned, CCleaner Support is incompetent.

Five weeks of complaining, whining, and pushing.
Empty promises and hundreds of excuses.
Finally, a support agent who got through to the right team.
Sorry to break it to you, but this doesn’t demonstrate a professional approach within CCLEANER.
