I bought cleaner tonight and accidentally used a mash up of my home email and my work email. An address that doesn’t actually exist.
I cannot activate my product key as I cannot access the email address that doesn’t exist. I need to change email to correct one but am stuck and I can’t talk to anyone about resolving it. There should be a way to get things like this resolved.
The only people who can correct an incorrect email address are support.

Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request. Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.

Note2 - It appears that the system is currently overloaded. Users are reporting very long waits for the Live Chat to respond.
