Im hoping this tweak is safe because i just did this!
Right click on icon and select "rename"
then press ALT, hold ALT down and type 2+5+5.
then next icon has to be done twice-ALT 255, ALT 255.
Not sure if this has been mentioned before or if there is freeware out there that does this, but found it out and thought i would share. cheers!
Never heard of that one before!
you do know that all its doing is putting in a space right?
you could probably just press the spacebar and get the same result.
for those that are trying this, you have to hold alt and press numbers on the far right side of the keyboard.
the ones above the letters wont work.
Apparently there is a keyboard short cut for space bar.... who would've thought. (anyone else remember the topic with the guy with the broken keyboard. )

they come in pretty handy.

this is probably a dumb question to you all, but what is the Character Map?
and where do i find it?
Start>All Programs>accessories>system tools>character map.
Its basically just a chart where you can find all the symbols you will ever need in just about every font.(crap like this: ? ? ? )
Its how you avoid those dumb alt codes.
