Edge - Microsoft Cares About Your Privacy

I recently started getting this popup (see attached pic) from Windows 10 Edge each time a new tab is opened.

From what I can tell, this popup stores a cookie that saves this message's settings, but I think CCleaner wipes out that cookie.

Does anyone know if this is true? and what cookie is it so I may add it to a Keep or whitelist in CCleaner.

Thanks!

Thank you for that hazelnut.

I did come across that article before, but it didn't help in my case.

I can open and close Edge many times without the message appearing, until I run CCleaner, then the message returns.

I think I may have found a solution to this issue by poking around Options>Cookies>Cookies to keep:

Cookie: c.msn.com

Cookie: c.bing.com

Cookie: bing.com

Cookie: msn.com

Cookie: api.msn.com

Cookie: assets.msn.com

Cookie: ntp.msn.com

Cookie: scorecardresearch.com

The issue appears to be gone... for now.

Update: It's been over 10 hours now and the Microsoft Privacy message has not returned.

Keeping the cookies (in my previous post) seems to have done the trick.

I don't know which cookie stores the MS Privacy settings, so I'm keeping them all.
