I have boot©, backup(d) and recover(e). This is how it was set up when I bought it.
C and D are NTFS but E is FAT32 is this a problem?
What do you mean? If you are asking whether this is a problem for normal operation than no it is not. What OS are you running. If it is an NT based system and you wish to convert the FAT32 partition to an NTFS partition just:
1. Open the command promt (run < cmd)
2. In the command prompt window, type: convert drive_letter: /fs:ntfs
It isn't a real problem and is easy enough to convert. The only reason for having FAT32 anymore is if you wish to dual boot with and older Windows OS such as Win98, however that doesn't seem to be the case.

Thats the bit I wasn't sure about.
I have a Medion windows Xp and they put the recovery files there, I may try to contact them to ask.
Maybe it's one of those situations where something is better left alone, versus messing with it.
Yes, E: needs to stay FAT32; don't convert it.

If you have Partition Magic, it's easy to convert back to FAT32 if something goes wrong.
But if you use the Windows CONVERT command, there is no way of going back to FAT once you have converted to NTFS.
