During Speccy startup: secedit.exe - Entry Point Not Found error

OS: Windows XP Home SP3

When starting Speccy v1.20.446, as it scans the machine for information an error box pops up saying:

Secedit.exe - Entry Point Not Found error. The procedure entry point JetSetIndexRange@12 could not be located in the dynamic link library ESENT.dll.
