Hi all just started using c cleaner after about 5 years my computer is going really slow hence the reason for downloading again. My question is i have a lot of duplicate files come up is c cleaner showing me original file plus duplicates or are they all duplicates i dont want to just press delete in case i mess everything up.

If they are system, or application, files then leave them alone.
System and application files often need more than one copy of a file in different places to work properly.
If they are your own files -videos, photos, documents, etc. the you have to decide which of the duplicates, if any, you might want to delete. Only you can know/decide that.
Deleting duplicate files from the disc is not going to speed your computer up anyway.

I'm hoping CCleaner will add your sentence, "System and application files often need more than one copy of a file in different places to work properly" to their Duplicates Finder to the end of their 3rd paragraph under "Which Duplicates Should I Delete?"
