CCleaner for Windows CCleaner Windows Bug Reporting

Lawrence, I do not know if this problem is related in any way to the registration problem I am having, but in case it is I am posting this here. If i run Dup Finder with just one drive selected, it works. But if I select two drvs, it crashes and as shown the following screenshots. The ccleaner service is running but it will only allow to post one screen shot.

@gresco, please follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:

  1. Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool using the link below: https://download.ccleaner.com/CCleanerSupportTool.exe
  2. Replicate the issue on your end.
  3. Run the tool to generate the logs.
  4. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.

Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.
