i have windows 8 and its not compareble to the new 7 cleaner why shold i update my licence it dont workes ,
CCleaner7 is compatible with Windows 8 (but not with Windows 7).
Are you having a problem installing CCleaner7 or running it on Windows 8?

No it dont workes vith windows 8.1 cleaner workes and i updated to 761270 version but i cant update driwers, is told im ofline and software update stoppes at 75 % and has an errorcode 2,
so why on earth should i pay for a new periode of something that dosnt workes ?
So your CCleaner IS working but just one part of it, the driver updater, is having a problem updating something.
I don’t know hust what “Errorcode 2” means, but it’s almost certainly just one particular driver that is causing it to glitch.
Sometimes driver updates don’t work as expected, ie they might ask for some input that CCleaner can’t give them, or the server for that driver may not be accessible, and so CCleaner will throw an error.
That’s a driver/server problem not a CCleaner problem.
In your case it is telling you that the server for that driver is not accessible for some reason - that’s what the ‘offline’ message means, it’s the server for a driver that is offline not your computer.
To find which driver that problem might be so that you can either tell CCleaner to ignore it, or can update it yourself, then do the following:
- Run a scan with the Driver Updater tool (not with Health Check) and see what it finds to be updated.
- If it found more than one then try updating just one of the drivers it has found.
- If that one is updated successfully then run the scan again and update just one again.
- Continue until you get an error with one of the drivers.
- That is your problem driver, you can either tell the Software Updater to ignore it in future, and/or try updating it yourself from the manufacturers website.

If you follow (exactly) the instructions that I gave you above then that will almost certainly solve your driver updating problem.
If instead you insist on shouting for a refund then you need to contact CCleaner support.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
it should also open a ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note that you HAVE TO engage with the chat - If you just fill in the form and leave then you will not get a reply

Please could you send me a screenshot of the error you are seeing and follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:
- Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool using the link below: https://download.ccleaner.com/CCleanerSupportTool.exe
- Replicate the issue on your end.
- Run the tool to generate the logs.
- At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.
Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.

May I ask if you are using any type of Firewall or VPN?
ok, no i dont and only use windows defender for virus
ps i treid to use duplicate finder, it took more than one hour and stopped at 80 %
look what happened after using duplet finder and deleting all, It didnt work, i had a reed + in front of ewery files not deleted
Now i had to find another recowery time
really this dosnt workes at all, im so sad i used my money on this, cost me 3 hours this morning to reinstal my pc and had to cal desk top helt
