My driver updater has stopped scanning and when I try to get in touch the chat box spends the rest of eternity trying to initialise, is this a commen problem or could it be from my end, used to work quite well.

Sorry, you are having issues with Driver Updater.
Are you able to connect with the support team via chat, or are you still seeing the initialization message?
If you are, please send me a screenshot so I can investigate this further.
I am still having trouble with Driver updater not scanning and chat never finishes initialising, not to sure what you can deduce from the screenshot but that is what I end up with, the chat circle just keeps going round and round.

Thanks for your reply, I think I will give it all a miss, pretty sick and tired of technology gliches and trying to communicate via a keyboard, I will go back to basics in updating my drivers, there seems to be quite a lot of problems with your updater and the last thing I need is a crashed laptop.
