Driver Updater broke my pc

CCleaner for Windows CCleaner Driver Updater

When I started the driver updater, I noticed it made my computer slow, so I force closed ccleaner and then restarted my pc. restarting didn't fix so I decided to factory reset. But that didn't fix, and now my computer is extremely slow, and my laptop has no sound now. Any fixes?
