I was using drive wiper was running had a power outage would ccleaner continue wear it left off
No it wouldn't, if the power went then how could it make any record of where it was up to?
If it was in the middle of a wipe and the power was lost then there may be large temporary files on the drive taking up space.
A drive wipe overwrites the drive space with one or more files containing random letters/numbers and then deletes it/them - but if the process is interrupted, say by a power failure, then it can't delete them and they get left there.
If that has happened they will be large files (maybe just one file) with a random leter name, created when the drive wiper was running.
if you were wiping the free space on an OS drive then the temporary file(s) is usually in C:\
If you were wiping a non-OS drive then in whatever the drive letter is.
You can delete the temporary file(s) to get the space back.
If it was a full wipe of a non-OS drive then simply do a new full wipe.
If it was a Free Space wipe then you may have to manually delete them.
A new Free Space wipe may not remove them, because they are files not Free Space.
