- Can I have the definition for "Wipe Free Space" what does it mean by wipe free space?
- What are the passes for? (1 pass, 3 pass, 7 pass etc..)
- If I wipe Local Disk (C:) will it make my computer not operate anymore? ( I want my computer to be faster )
- If I wipe my portable hard drive, (my passport essential (NTFS)) will it reformat it into FAT32?

Space not occupied by files still holds information from deleted files which once were occupying that space. Wipe Freespace writes a huge file, filled with no information, over that space then removes that file. This makes the information unretrieveable. It's best only to run this if you are selling the hard drive.
What are the passes for? (1 pass, 3 pass, 7 pass etc..)
This refers to how many times removed files are overwriten. It's actual not that usful of a feature as one secure pass is enough to make files unretrievable.

No because a full wipe (in the drive wiper tool) is impossible to do on the system drive. Also wiping freespace (or wipeing space) will NOT make your computer any faster.
Though I'm not so sure about your last question:
If I wipe my portable hard drive, (my passport essential (NTFS)) will it reformat it into FAT32?
I do not believe it will.
I also used driver wipe for my free space, but canceled before it was completed, cause I did understand what I was actually doing. I now have 18% free disk space on my C: drive, how will this affect my computer and is there anything I can do to fix this screw up?

Install and run TreeSize Free or Windirstat
You'll find a massive unfamiliar file in C:\. Delete it.

Thanks for the info, I was not able to locate the file, so what happens if I run the cleaner until completion, does it not delete the file automatically and what does that leave me with? Thanks.
Approx how much free space did you lose by aborting?
CCleaner deletes the cache after completion which is why you still have it. Run it again and after completion reboot your computer.

Close to 50%, I've got most of it back, but still am out a bit. Ran it and rebooted. Thanks for the help.
