Downloading Standard Build also on laptop?

I'm not an advanced IT user so I prefer downloading the Standard Build. But I've got a laptop. Does the CCleaner's Standard Build also effectively operate on laptops or do I preferably have to download the CCleaner v2.20.920 - Portable?

Portable is used on devices like USB Sticks, where you do not have to install the device.
