Downloading CCleaner

I've now spent a couple of hours trying to get the professional (paid) version of CCCleaner on my HP laptop, and am completely out of patience. This is what I get:

C:\Users\nicol\AppData\Local\Temp\Y+WLpzLk.exe.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

Is there a solution that will get it to work? If not, how do I get in touch with someone who will cancel my purchase ?

That does not sound like a CCleaner download filename.
